Benjamin Scott Wood

Mr. Benjamin S. Wood, 62, of Milford MA died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning (September 23, 2025) shrtly after admittance to the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Juciene (Teixeira) Wood.

Benjamin was born in Medford MA, the son of the late Arthur Wood and the late Marilyn (Barker) Wood. He attended The Cambridge School in Weston MA as a young boy and was a graduate of Newton North High School. He also attended Clark University in Worcester MA.

Benjamin had been employed as a computer technician at MediTech Computer Company for 20 years, most recently working out of the Norwood MA offices.

Benjamin was a former member of the Masons Lodge located in Holliston MA. He loved art & music, a trait he inherited from his father who was an artist at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design). But his favorite past-time was food because he loved to cook. He was smart, funny and unforgettable....He lived for music, good food, and the joy of family - what a beautiful way to live.

Along with his beloved wife of 27 years, he is survived by his 2 step-daughters: Juliane Vieira and her husband Jean Vieira of Medway MA and Danielle Bernarges and her husband Renato Bernarges of Hopkinton MA; his 3 granddaughters: Laura Bernarges, Layla Bernarges & Liz Bernarges; his 3 siblings: George Stuart-Vail and his wife Cheryl of Amherst NH, Mary Stuart-Vail of Tewksbury MA & Amy Spencer of Derry NH; also several nieces & nephews.

Benjamin was the brother of the late Bradford Wood who died in 1989.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. A Celebration of his Life will be held by his family at a DAY & TIME TO BE ANNOUNCED.
