Bennie Eugene Benson

Bennie Eugene Benson was born February 19, 1944 he died April 23rd, 2025 aged 81.

He was born to Paul Clarence and Fern Marie (Floyd) Benson. Bennie was born in the Noxie area at John and Rena Vaughn's House.

Bennie started school at Witwer School in the Noxie area where he could ride his horse or walk to school. He later went to Wann and graduated ther in 1962. He later was on the school board there. While he was going to school in Wann he met the love of his life Carolin Huddleston. They were married February 9, 1964 and were married 53 years until her death in 2017, To this union there were 3 kids born, Bryan and twins Tammy & Timmie. They lived on his grandparents property in Noxie most of their adult lives.

Bennie worked for Harbor Gas Station, Ivan Morrow Foundry, Earth Scientist, Beals Feed Store, Black Star, and finally retired from Burrows Trucking.

Bennie is survived by his 3 children Bryan Benson (Diane), Tammy Trotter (Rick), and Timmie Benson (Shelly); grandchildren Brett Trotter (Nikki), Trish Parrish, Becky Henry (Eric), Timberly Jones (Tony), Tiffany Trotter, Shawn Benson (Kate), Tyler Benson (Alyssa), C.W. Benson, and Bennie Benson; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother out of 10 children.

He was preceded in death by his parents "Jake" and Fern; his wife Carolin; six brothers, Ivan Benson, Paul Ray Benson, Robert Benson, Lonnie Benson, Tony Benson, and Larry Benson; two sisters, Doris Yeubanks, and Treva Yeubanks.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Harrington officiating.
