Bernabe (Ben) Dominguez



Bernabe (Ben) Dominguez, 95, passed peacefully at his home April 30, 2022. He was preceded by his father, mother, four sisters and his eldest son.



He faithfully served in the US Army during World War II and enlisted for another four years in the Army of the United States. Ben worked for the Atomic Energy Commission, later known as Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory.



His 1st marriage of 23 years brought him four children, three of which survived him. He was a gold star father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.



His 2nd Marriage of almost 20 years brought him joy assisting teaching line dancing in Albuquerque.



He was a lifelong member of the VFW and American Legion and was active in the Paradise Hills Senior Center. Towards the end of his life, Ben benefited immensely from the excellent professional and compassionate care of Professional Case Management for The Cold War Veterans.



He was loved, and will be remembered for his integrity, intellect, and kindness.



The family viewing for Ben Dominguez is scheduled on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, 5:00 p.m., and Rosary 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at FRENCH-Westside. Mass will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, 10:00 a.m., at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW.
