Bernice Land Obituary
Bernice was born June 23, 1936, to the late Homer Burton and Ida Burl (Inscore) Kyle.
Bernice had a passion for flower gardening. She would spend a lot of her time changing the variety of flowers out with the changing seasons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Land, her parents and six of her siblings.
Bernice is survived by her four daughters, Beverly Franklin, Cindy Franklin, Theresa Johnson and Holly Prince (David), one sister, Wanda Kyle, four grandchildren, Joe Franklin (Angela), Heather Shanks (Nick), Dennis "Po" Franklin (Sandra), Jeremy Johnson, ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30PM Friday, August 29, 2025, at Lands Chapel Cemetery in Englewood, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Heritage Funeral Home East Brainerd Road Chapel.
