Bertha Gomez, age 94, passed away peacefully on February 19th, 2026 surrounded by family.
Bertha was born on October 1st, 1931 in Medellín, Colombia. She was the 5th oldest of 21 children. Early in her childhood, she began working in a fabric factory to support her family. Her selflessness was evident from a very young age.
