Bertha Still Obituary
She was born January 2, 1960 in Steubenville, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Eli James and Hester Ellen (Woodrum) Still. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Bertha was primarily a homemaker who found her greatest joy spending time with her family. She loved the "country life" and found her solitude while gardening. Bertha was an excellent cook, particularly creating baked goods, and she also found pleasure engaging in on-line gaming. A loving mother and grandmother, she sill be missed by her family and friends. .
She is survived by a son, Joseph A. Bethel, Jr. and a daughter, Jolene Locke, both of Leesville, two sisters, Violet Still of Smithfield, OH, and Theresa Klinesmith of Mingo Junction, O., six grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
No formal funeral services are scheduled. The Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements. To leave an online condolence message please visit the funeral home website.
