Mrs. Bertie Lou Warbritton, 90, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024 at her home.
Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Huntingdon Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Sellers Hill Cemetery with Todd Buttrey officiating.
The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Tuesday December 3, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Huntingdon Church of Christ from 9:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM.
Mrs. Warbritton was born October 6, 1934 to the late Vera Springer and Bennie Collins. She was a member of Huntingdon Church of Christ for most of her life. Mrs. Warbritton worked for the Bank of Huntingdon for over forty years, retiring from there as a Personnel Director and Trust Officer.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Warbritton; sister, Yevonne McCaslin; and the light of her life, her grandson, Josh Rainey.
She is survived by her two children: daughter, Gina Rainey of Huntingdon, Tennessee and son, Barry Warbritton of Asheville, North Carolina.
Honoring her as pallbearers will be Matt McMinn, Michael Stanford, Matt Stanford, John Roberts, Carl Byars, and Mitchell Carter.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Sellers Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund in care of First Bank.
