Le sobreviven para atesorar sus recuerdos su amada esposa de 32 años de matrimonio, Guadalupe Gonzalez; su hijo, David Gonzalez; su hija, Vanessa Gonzalez; sus nietos, Kathy, Amy, Matilda, Hennessy, Aileen, Elena, Romeo, Krystal; su hermana, Claudia Gonzalez; su hermano, Eduardo gonzalez; su nuera, Reina Gonzalez; Tambien le sobreviven muchos otros familiares mas y un gran numero de amistades. Bertoldo sera recordado con mucho amor y cariño por todos aquellos con quienes compartio en vida.
