Beth Ann Kahn

Beth Ann Kahn, 62, passed away on January 12 from complications from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) in Lexington, KY surrounded by her loving family.
Beth was born in Toledo, OH in 1962. She graduated from Bowsher High School in 1980 and then attended the University of Toledo. In 1981, she made the questionable decision of going with her future husband, Craig, to Florida and that would lead to 43 years of them being together. Upon returning from Florida, they moved to College Corner, IN and Beth enrolled at Miami University where she majored in Child Psychology.
In 1984, Beth and Craig moved to Cincinnati where she started as an Administrative Assistant for the F.M. Langford Company, a health insurance agency. In 1985, they were married and within the next 7 years, they had four children. By 1991, Beth has become a Partner in the F.M Langford Company and in 2002, became the owner until 2013. In addition, she was one of the founding partners of BrokerNet, a health insurance provider,
Beth was predeceased by her son, Matthew. She is survived by her husband, Craig and their three children: Justyne Middleton (Kyle), West Chester, OH, Natalie Kahn, Cincinnati, OH and Christian Kahn, Cincinnati, OH and her granddaughter, Naomi Kahn, Cincinnati, OH. In addition, she is survived by her loving parents Jackie Smith (Cal), Toledo, OH and Jerry Kaczmarek (Ruth), Toledo, OH and her siblings John Kaczmarek (Lena), Toledo, OH, Greg Kaczmarek (Pam), Toledo, OH and Daneen Duncan (James), Toledo, OH. Finally, she is survived by her in-laws, Douglas Kahn (Donna), Davenport, FL and sister-in-law, Robyn Kahn, Rochester, NY.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Carleton Hotel Bar, Carleton, MI on May 31 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in memory of Beth at PSPCure (psp.org) or Bluegrass Hospice Care (https://www.bgcarenav.org/give).
