Betsy Sharp Obituary

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom and enjoyed cooking and traveling.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vaughan Sharp II; a sister and a brother: Barbara Jean Hemby and Kenton Hopper.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Howerton and husband Billy of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Kelly King and companion Cody Johnson, Alex Foster and companion Curt Peterson, and Mary Dunford; three sisters-in-law, Sue Navarre, Barbara Sharp Zimmerman, both of Jamestown and Alice Jane McKinney of Crawfordsville, Indiana, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family of Betsy Carol Sharp chose cremation, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be posted on this site when they become available, or you may contact a family member.
L.R. Petty Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
