Bette K. Hoffman, nee Hoffmann, entered into rest on Tuesday December 16, 2025, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Ronald P. Hoffman from May 3, 1958, until his passing March 10, 2021, and surviving George Compas, whom Bette married February 1, 2025; devoted mother of Cathy (Larry) Stevens, David (Patricia) Hoffman, Terry (Patrick) Jones and Daniel (Jennifer) Hoffman, grandmother of Nicholas (Sammy) Stevens, Olivia Stevens, Sydney (Jerry) Thomeczek, Connor (Allison) Hoffman, Andrew, Jessica, Heather and Colin Jones and great grandmother of Ariana, Asher and Emmett Stevens. Bette was the precious daughter of the late Frank J. and Catherine, nee Brauer, Hoffmann. Bette is also survived by many other dear relatives and innumerable friends.
A visitation for Bette's family and friends to gather and share memories will be held on Monday December 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 737 Barracksview Road St. Louis, MO 63125, until her memorial service at 10:00 a.m.
