Funeral services for Betty N. Albritton, 91, of West Monroe, Louisiana will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 8, 2024, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Fenn officiating. Interment will follow immediately after at Hasley Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.

Mrs. Albritton was born on March 28, 1933 in Winnsboro, Louisiana and passed away peacefully at her residence on November 4, 2024.

Betty was a lifelong member First Baptist Church of West Monroe and loved attending the Norris-Norwood Sunday School Class. She loved working in her yard and it was always immaculate. Betty was an amazing cook and loved to cook for her family. She was always trying to feed you. Her world revolved around her grandchildren and was known to them as "mammaw".

She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Bobby M. Albritton; and her parents, Charles and Estelle Norton.

Those left to cherish Betty’s memory are her daughter, Rhonda Compton and her husband, Danny; sons, Larry Albritton and his wife, Lillie and Neil Albritton and his wife, Courtney; grandchildren, Robby Compton and his wife, Leslie, Brent Compton and his wife, Lissy, Jeremy Albritton and his wife, Lynn, Blaire Albritton, and Andrew Albritton; great grandchildren, Makenzie Cranford (Luke), Katie Compton, Pearson Compton, Phoebe Compton, Leighton Compton, and Ella Albritton; great great granddaughter, Maria; brother-in-law, Clyde E. Albritton, Jr.; As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.

The pallbearers will be Robby Compton, Brent Compton, Jeremy Albritton, Andrew Albritton, Pearson Compton, and Trey Albritton.

The family would like to thank her caregivers, Chelsea Breed, Tosha Cason, Christy, and all her aids from Amera Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s’s Children’s Research Hospital or Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.
