LaVerne Betty Ann (Johnson) Ball joined her Lord and Savior on July 29, 2023, at the age of 94. She was born in Iron Mountain, MI on August 20, 1928, to the late Carl and Anna Johnson. After graduation from Rufus King High School in Milwaukee, she attended Spencerian College where she obtained a degree in Business.
On November 6, 1948, she married the love of her life, Adolphus H. Ball. Their marriage lasted 57 years before his passing in May of 2006. Betty enjoyed traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Adolph and Betty raised four children in their Manawa, WI home where she resided for 58 years.
She is survived by her children: Beverly (special friend Dennis) Kipke, Robert (Debbie) Ball, Tammy (Mark) Homan, George (Luz) Ball; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren with one on the way; 4 great-great grandchildren; good friends Robert and Jeanne. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, brother, and numerous nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
A private service will be held for Betty.
