BillieJo Ann (Thomack) Rosenau, 52, Manawa, WI passed away on September 18, 2025 at home. She bravely battled MS for 14 years and ALS for the last 3 years. She was born on August 9, 1973, to Mike & Sandy (Cornelius) Thomack in Iola, WI.
She loved her hand-picked husband, Rob, of almost 29 years. She cherished her daughters, Kylie and Morgan, celebrating their accomplishments in music, art, athletics, and academics. Billie was known for her witty personality and sense of humor. She loved camping, dinners with the BSCs, reading on the back porch with a glass of wine, and the annual Widow's Weekend Casino trip.
She graduated from Little Wolf High School and then obtained her Associate Degree in business. Billie worked in title insurance and with CAP Services. Most recently, Billie worked for Wolf River Lawyers, who allowed her to work from home for the past 15 months.
Billie is survived by her loving husband, Rob; daughters, Kylie and Morgan; parents, Mike and Sandy Thomack; brother, Michael (Faith) Thomack, their children Hailey and Wyatt; maternal grandmother, Stella Cornelius; in-laws, Esther and Bob Schmidt; brother-in-law, Kevin "Ox" (LuAnn) Rosenau, their daughter Abby; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Billie was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bernie Cornelius; paternal grandparents, Toby and Alice Thomack; Aunt Sue; Uncle Dennis; and Rob's father, Dale Rosenau.
Per Billie's request, there will be no funeral service. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Cedar Springs Golf Course; there will be a luncheon served between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to her husband, Rob, to a yet determined memorial.
