Betty Bergman Obituary

Betty, 86, of rural Hudson, passed away at home. She was born in Hudson, to Leo and Alma (Engel) Waltmann. Betty worked for the Waterloo Public Library, retiring in 2000.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Ernest Simon and Harley Bergman; son, Jeffrey Bergman; and brother, Henry. She is survived by her children: Brenda (Tim) Crawford and Gregory (Tammy) Bergman; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 brothers: William (Carol) and August (Barbara).
Betty's Funeral will be at 11 a.m., on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Zion Lutheran Church of Hudson with Visitation from 2-4 p.m., on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. More information at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
