Betty Sue Booher

Betty Sue Booher, 76, of Lakeview, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on March 14, 1949, to Leon (Treece) Horton and James Arlin "Arl" Horton. She was married to Charles Booher for over fifty years. Betty cared for her community by serving Marion County as an E.M.T. for many years. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother and found joy in spending time with her family and friends. Her family loved her and will miss her very much
Betty was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers, Larry, Bob, Preston, Othene and Billy Horton. She is survived by her husband, Charles Booher; one son, Kevin Booher; two daughters, Shanda Booher and Teresa Booher; two brothers, Melvin and Paul Horton; one sister, Arlene Gregg and several grandchildren.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
