Betty Louise (Kreager) Bourne was born on September 9, 1933 to Harry and Elizabeth Kreager in El Reno, Oklahoma. She passed away on May 1, 2022 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Betty married Robert "Bob" Bourne on June 28, 1953. She and Bob lived in El Reno for most of their lives but spent quite a few years in New Mexico while he worked as a Physician's Assistant. Betty loved her time spent in New Mexico and making small day trips to Durango, Colorado. Betty tended to the home and enjoyed yard work and planting flowers. She also liked going on walks whenever she was able to.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Robert "Bob" Ray Bourne.
Survivors include, Daughter: Sharon K. Douglas & husband Mike of Broken Arrow, OK. Granddaughter: Sara Covey & husband Jeff of Broken Arrow, OK. 2 – Great Granddaughters: Abigail & Amelia Covey both of Broken Arrow, OK. Other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital or Clarehouse Tulsa.

Betty was such a kind & sweet lady, with a little bit of spunk & a lot of wit. She will be greatly missed. It brings peace & joy knowing she is back together with some of her loved ones in heaven.

I loved Betty and enjoyed our conversations when we got together during the holidays. I will certainly miss her.

Betty loved plants and flowers and liked to eat at a Chinese restaurant that her and Bob ate at often. We talked on the phone often and she was able to visit with her sister, Mary Jane on a trip to Mary Jane's house. She will be missed, but now she is with her Lord and her beloved, Bob.
