Ms. Betty Jean Faulk Bailey, age 77, of the Farmington Community of Marshall Co. , passed away Friday, September 12 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center under the care of Hospice Compassus, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born January 8th, 1948, in Lewisburg, TN, to the late Robert and Virginia Hill Faulk. She was employed by Genesco, ICP and Cosmolab and was a member of Farmington Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her beloved fur baby “Diamond” and was an avid shopper at QVC, HSN and JTV jewelry shopping network. She loved her designer clothing, accessories, watching Lifetime TV and enjoyed beautiful flowers in her garden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Leonard Bailey in 2011 and husband William “Gene” Sanders in 2005. Also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Donald and Harold Fault.

Survived by her son, Jerry Wayne Bailey(Trenton Wayne Vandiver) of the Farmington Community; a daughter, Darlene Bailey of the Farmington Community; a sister, Gail Faulk (Steve) Holland of Shelbyville, TN; partner and high school sweetheart, Robert Sheppard of Chapel Hill, TN;  3 grandchildren, Chris Griggs, Danielle Towler Griggs and Justin(Cindy Lynn Macy) Griggs; 6 great-grandchildren, Madison Griggs, Dallas Griggs, Kobe Griggs, Allison Griggs, Emily Towler and Aiden Holman. Special friends, Mason Douglas FNP-C, Maury Regional Hospital 3rd floor Nursing D Station, Hospice Compassus Care Team and special friends, Barbara Kee, Christie Martin, Deanie Moore and Kim Medley.

A private burial at Lone Oak Cemetery will be held at a later date.
