Betty Sue Henry age 87 of Dickson, TN, passed away Tuesday April 15, 2025, at Waverly Hills Nursing Home. Her life was filled with warmth and laughter, passed away on April 15, 2025, in Waverly, Tennessee. Born on August 31, 1937, in Dickson County, Betty poured her heart into everything she did, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her life was a testament to hard work and dedication. For 17 years, she devoted herself to Schrader’s. Later, she found her true calling as a realtor with Reba Burgess Realty, helping countless families find their dream homes, always doing so with an infectious smile.
Betty was a cherished member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ, where she formed lasting friendships and was active in the community. Her faith was central to her life, guiding her through its many joys and challenges. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Betty had a zest for life that illuminated the world around her. She found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was casting a line during a fishing trip, exploring the great outdoors while camping, or soaking up the sun during her beloved trips to Florida. Her laughter and spirit will echo into the memories of sunlit days spent by the water and joyful evenings shared under the stars.
Betty is remembered not just for her achievements but for the love she poured into her family, friends, and community. Her legacy will carry on through the stories shared by those who loved her and the lives she touched along her journey. She will be missed by the community, especially during the holiday seasons at the fireworks stand where she enjoyed friends and family for many years.

Visitation: will be 4-8 Wednesday and 10 – 1 Thursday at the Spann Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: Betty Henry will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Ryan Tucker officiating.
