Mrs. Betty Johnson was a homemaker, dedicating many years of her life to caring for her family. She was a creative individual and loved gardening, sewing, and quilting. But above all else, Betty loved her family.
Mrs. Betty Lou Johnson is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Joe Johnson; her parents, Louie and Ellie (Shaw) Murders; son, Gary Miller; siblings, Leo Murders, Alvin Murders, Lonnie Murders, Jerelene Rosenthal, and Jessie Redwin. She is survived by her son, Charles Miller; daughters, Darlene Smith, and Kathy Smith; grandchildren, Billi Ann Duck, Michelle Guzman, Jonathan Smith, Marci Smith, Jeremiah Miller, Christina Miller, Jason Miller, Josh Miller, Robin Busch, Bradley Miller, Tommy Loken, and April Sanders; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as by a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends too numerous to mention.
Graveside services for Mrs. Betty Lou Johnson will be held Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Shiloh Cemetery in Jessieville, Arkansas. Brother Rusty Lewis will be officiating under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers are her grandsons.
