Betty Jane Kaiser, 83, of Findlay, died at 9:48 a.m., Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born on October 27, 1941, in Butler County, OH to the late Russell and Hazel (Bibee) Hiler. She married Jack Kaiser on May 6, 1961, and he survives.
Jane is also survived by her sons: Kevin Kaiser of Katy, TX, Kyle Kaiser of West Chester, OH, and Kris (Stephanie) Kaiser of Prescott Valley, AZ; brothers: David (Jackie) Hiler of Indianapolis, IN and Larry (Melanie) Hiler of Joplin, MO; sisters: Nancy (Daniel) Woods of Colorado Springs, CO, Lois (Larry) Fliehman of Jamestown, OH, and Judi Wilson of Lebanon, OH; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Jane was a longtime interior designer/wall paper installer. She was a longtime member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Findlay. She was an avid flower gardener, reader and enjoyed traveling throughout the world. As she was raising her boys she became active in their Cub Scout Clubs as a Den Mother, and as they grew older Jane became a trainer for new Den Mother's.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sharon Cole, Bridge Home Health and Hospice, and Coldren-Crates Funeral Home for all of their care of Jane.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 17, 2025, at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Findlay. Pastors Amy Miller and Cathy Davis officiating.
A private family burial will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025 in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH.
Arrangements are being handled by COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's United Woman in Faith.
