Sue was born on September 11, 1946, to the late James Owen and Betty Clarice Harrington. She worked until her retirement at Walmart in the produce and flowers department. She loved her family first. In her lifetime, she was defined by friends, flowers, food, a pet lover, and fun. She always maintained kindness, grace, and compassion for others. We will be grateful for every minute we shared with her.
She is survived by two children, Kelli Serio (Jerry) of Greenville, MS and Charles Knox (Amanda) of Murfreesboro, TN, as well as two siblings, Mike Harrington of Hiawassee, GA and Tommy Harrington (Tricia) of Greenville, MS; three grandchildren, Shelby Lang (Gage) of Jackson, MS, Alan Burns (Rachel) of Memphis, TN and Owen Knox of Murfreesboro, TN and two great-grandchildren, Brady Burns and Aiden Lang.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
