She was a homemaker and co-owner of Musgrove Drilling Company alongside her husband. Betty was a faithful member and nursery worker at Mansfield First Baptist Church. She served on the Mansfield City Council and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star/Lewis Chapter #198, Amrita Cauldron, and the Gideon Auxiliary.

Betty lived a long and blessed life. She always enjoyed when her family would visit and was blessed to see her family grow abundantly during her lifetime.
