Betty was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, great grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was proceded in death by her son Charles Russell Rains, her brother Larry Franklin Russell.
She was survived by her sons David Franklin Rains, Dale Shannon Rains and Jeremy J. Neal, his wife Niki. Her daughter Jodie Ann Milligan. Her sister Virgina Brister. Six Grandchildren Megan Rains, Paul Rains, Kaylee Rains, Leslie Rains, Angelina Aguilera, Dalton Myles. Six Great grandchildren Delilah Carreon, Adrianna Carreon, Jedidiah Carreon, Miah Cortez-Aguilera, Paulina Cortez-Aguilera, and Brynleigh Mosier.
Visitation will be held at Olmstead Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 pm Saturday June 24, 2023, with funeral service beginning at 5:00pm.
