Betty Ann Ross

Betty Ann Ross, 75, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026.

She was born on October 31, 1950, to Mitchell and Gladys Weaver.

Betty spent many years working as a para-educator for the Fayette County Public Schools, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and patience. She was known for her deep love of God and her family, as well as her bright smile and infectious laughter.

She found joy in singing in the choir at Gardenside Baptist, working with children, and celebrating holidays surrounded by loved ones. Betty had a special gift for making people feel welcome-she was like a second mother to many of her children's friends and always had a place at her table for anyone who needed it.

Betty is lovingly remembered by her husband, Daniel; her dear children Becky (Chris), Aaron, and Heather; her beloved grandchildren, Danielle, Jasmine, Micah, Landon, Hayden, Rosie, and Henry; and her precious great-granddaughter, Emma. She joins her parents, Mitchell, and Gladys Weaver; and her brothers, Darrell, and Wayne in heaven.

Visitation will take place on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, Kentucky, with interment immediately following at Lexington Cemetery.

Betty will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
