Betty (Miller) Seelhorst, 71, of Perkiomenville, formerly of Hatboro, PA went home to be with the Lord on Friday June 10, 2022 at her residence.
She was the loving wife of David W. Seelhorst for 49 years. Betty was born in Binghamton, New York to the late Leslie Miller and Marjorie (Bailey) Miller.
A graduate of Binghamton High School class of 1969. Betty was employed at Handleman Company for four years and worked as a Sales Worker for Walmart for 4 years before retiring in 2013.
She attended Perkiomenville Mennonite Church.
A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed gardening, crafts, playing scrabble and swimming. She loved cats and enjoyed traveling in North America. She also loved to go on cruises to the Caribbean with her husband, David.
In addition to her husband, David she is survived by her daughter, Danielle M. Hammond and husband Eddie of Buckingham, VA; her three grandchildren, Serena, Chloe and Tobias.: her two sisters, Marie Schick and husband, Harry of Williamsville, NY, and Annette Burrell and husband Ron of Willow Grove, PA; her two brothers, Eddie Miller and wife Robbin of Binghamton, NY, and Mark Miller of Binghamton, NY.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Pam Wilson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Perkiomenville Mennonite Church, 1836 Gravel Pike, PO Box 59, Perkiomenville, PA. 18074 on Friday September 30, 2022 with visitation at 3:00pm followed by a service at 4:00pm. A meal will be available for friends and family at the church following the service.
Private inurnment will take place at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
