Betty Joyce Shelburne Stewart, 92 years old, of Farwell, Texas, passed away on November 17th at PRMC Clovis, NM.
Visitation will be held at Steed Todd Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 21, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. MST.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at FBC Farwell, TX. Burial will follow at Sunset Terrace Memorial Cemetery, Farwell, TX. Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis, NM.
Betty Shelburne Stewart was born in Wilmeth, TX to Kemper and Stella Shelburne on October 20, 1930. She went to school at Norton, Runnels County, TX. She married Lewis Neil Stewart on January 17, 1948, in Norton, TX. She worked at the Farwell School Cafeteria for several years and Security State Bank and Farwell Hardware as a bookkeeper for many years. She was a member of the FBC Farwell. At time of passing, she was a resident of Farwell Care and Rehab Center.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Stewart, her parents Kemper and Stella Shelburne as well as her brother Milton Shelburne and wife Lela Shelburne.
Betty Stewart is survived by sons Ricky Stewart and wife Dina Stewart of Clovis, NM, Randall Stewart and wife Mary Ann Stewart of Houston, TX, daughter Sharla Landry and husband Frank Landry of Farwell, TX as well at 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
