Betty Laverne Tollett

Betty Laverne Tollett, age 78, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Christus St. Michael in Texarkana.
Betty was born on May 17, 1947, in Mineral Springs, Arkansas. She was retired from Poulan Weedeater and attended Old Time Gospel Church and First Baptist Church in Lockesburg. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Hal and Hazel Davis Tabler, and a great-granddaughter, Hiedi Jo Smith.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Gary Tollett of Lockesburg, one son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Frankie Tollett; two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Richard Hanney, and Michelle and Danny Harrison, all of Lockesburg; one brother and sister-in-law, C.L. and Sandy Tabler of De Queen; nine grandchildren, Heather, Amber, Dustin, Brandi, Cole, Livvy, Blake, Paige, and Allie; and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Betty will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in De Queen with Bro. Jerrel Helms officiating. Burial will follow at Coulter Cemetery in Lockesburg.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the funeral home in De Queen.
