Betty Whitaker Adams Obituary

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Frankie Kidwell; brothers, Ralph and Sam Whitaker; and her son, Jeff Adams.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan (Tony) Elliott and Lisa Adams; grandchildren, Lauren Elliott, Jared Elliott, Josh Adams, Amanda Ulinski, Kelley Piering, Matt Piering, and Danny Adams; and great-grandchildren, Henry and Violet Piering.
Betty spent most of her life in Lancaster and Lexington, Kentucky. She was known for her love of shopping and baking. A woman of deep faith, she read her Bible daily and was a devoted member of Broadway Baptist Church in Lexington.
A private graveside service will be held for the family.
