Beulah N. "Billie" West, 81, formerly of the Spear Road, Reber, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at her current residence on Senior Lane in Willsboro.
Beulah N. West was born on March 31, 1944 to John L and Mabel (Brown) Nason in Clarenceville, Quebec. At the age of 4 months, her family relocated to Swanton, Vermont where she grew up on the family farm. She graduated from BFA in 1963 and began a job at Ayerst Labs. This is where she was given her lifelong nickname of Billie. She enjoyed crafting and was especially talented in drawing and sketching. Billie had a generous nature and found joy in small everyday moments in life.
In 1980, she married Douglas West and moved to Willsboro, NY. Together they worked as farmers on Cloverland's Farm in Reber. After many years in farming, they decided to sell the animals and open a Sand and Gravel Business. Billie's career was diverse, working for National Life Insurance Company, obtaining her insurance license and realtor's license, and finishing her career at Essex County's Sheriff's Department as the Civil Officer. Beyond her professional life, Billie's passions included crafting, reading and hosting cherished family traditions, especially during the holidays. She was also a devoted member of the Reber Methodist Church, where she found fulfillment in community service and fellowship.
Billie was especially proud of her family. She is survived by her loving daughter, Robin (Jerry) Pierce, and their children Ryan (Alicia) Pierce, and Tyler Pierce (Sara Wood). Her devoted son, John (Rebecca) Morris, and their family-Zachary (Heather) McKenna, Alexander (Shelby) McKenna, and Sydney Morris ( Gabe Benelli). Billie was a cherished grandmother to all her grandchildren and GG to her great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved sister, Barbara Feeley, her brother and sister-in-law, Curt (Alice) West, and several nieces and nephews whom she adored. She is predeceased by her husband, Douglas her parents, John and Mable Nason and her brother-in-law, Wayne Feeley.

Relatives and friends are invited to call November 8, 2025 from Noon to 2 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Rd, Peru. A Funeral Service will follow at 2 PM in the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Nina Dickenson officiating. Burial in Reber Cemetery will be November 9, 2025 at 1 PM.

American Cancer Society or the Willsboro Rescue Squad.
