Beverly Marie Biever, born August 25, 1940, passed away February 23, 2025, joining her loving parents Franklyn and Helene Ahern and brother Rev. Bruce F. Biever, SJ.
In Bev's final days, Peg would like to extend thanks to the Allay Hospice staff, especially Heather her nurse and Lynne their additional caregiver who supported Bev in her last days. Bev had been a resident of Adava Care (previously Matthews of Glendale) since November, 2021. Many Thanks to Rhema Spaulding, and all the staff, including Mayleen, Allison and recently T.T. Other placements in supportive care were provided by Family Care, My Choice Wisconsin. Her many care coordinators were great resources.
Bev was lovingly cared for by her brother, Rev. Biever until his death in 1996, with support from the Jesuit province. After his death, Peg McCarthy, a family friend, assisted by Devonna Joy, also a friend of Bev's, were there for her. She enjoyed the day care programs through Goodwill and Catholic Charities for elderly cognitively challenged adults for many years. Bev also enjoyed music, bingo, other board games as well as all types of arts and crafts. Bev loved anything pink (her favorite color), hearts, glittery glam and sparkle, and anything that gave light always made her smile. She will be missed by her friends and her many caregivers through the past 29 years.
A private service at the interment will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, you can make a memorial donation of your choice in Bev's Honor.
