Beverly Susan Chaisson

Beverly Chaisson, beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, at the age of 59. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on August 31, 1966. She is survived by her devoted husband of 32 years, Burke Chaisson, who was her steadfast partner and greatest love. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Bourgeois and Theresa St. Pierre Bourgeois. She leaves behind siblings: Irving Bourgeois (Lisa), Theresa Bourgeois, and Traci Bourgeois (David). Also, a host of nieces and nephews, Valarie, Alex, E.J., Hailey, Cade, Ben, and Joey, and a great niece, Kaiya, who already misses her greatly.

Beverly dedicated many years of her life as Vice President of Operations in the marine industry. Her leadership, vision, and tireless work ethic earned her the highest respect of her colleagues. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her.

A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70001 for 12PM. Visitation will begin for 10AM. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
