Beverly Ann Clark

Beverly Ann Clark (Bev) age 92 passed peacefully with family at her side June 27, 2025 at Oak Park Senior Living. Bev was born August 27, 1932 on the family farm in Jackson County Minnesota. She was the 7th of 12 children born to Ingman and Tillie Berge. She grew up in Windom where she graduated from High School and met the love of her life, husband Marlyn Clark, also of Windom.
Bev and Marlyn were married June 1, 1951. In 1956 they moved their young family to Silver Bay, Minnesota, where Marlyn began work at the new Taconite plant on the North Shore of Lake Superior. It was Silver Bay that they built their home, their life, and raised 6 children.
A devoted homemaker, Bev was also a talented seamstress and lovingly sewed many of her daughter's outfits through the years. As her children grew she took on part time jobs, including at the Silver Bay Dry Cleaners and the bakery in Zups grocery store, but her main heart was always with her family.
Bev loved the North Shore, her family, volunteering at the Local United Protestant Church and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, always in her Vikings gear on game day. Though she traveled to visit family in Alaska and enjoyed some adventures with Marlyn, Bev's favorite place was as always home..
After Marlyn's passing in 2011, shortly after having their 60th wedding anniversary, Bev moved to Oak Park Senior Living where she made many friends. She continued to live a life full of kindness, always caring deeply about how family and friends were doing. Her thoughtful presence made life better for everyone around her.
Bev is survived by her children: Diannia Midbrod of Stillwater, Debra (Steve) Anderson of Two Harbors, Gregory (Carol) Clark of Minnetrista, Lynn (Paul Harley) Faulkner of Wakefield Mi, Terri (Larry) Lovell of Pebble Creek AZ, and Jay (Bridget) Clark of Minneapolis,
She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, brothers Arvid Berge of Oro Valley, Arizona, John Berge of Windom, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bev was preceded in death by her husband Marlyn, Son-in-Law Frank Faulkner, Grandson Bradley Faulkner and 9 siblings
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the kind and compassionate staff at Oak Park Senior Living and to the Lakeview Hospice team for their care and support.
A private private burial will take place on August 23rd in Silver Bay, Minnesota
