Beverly Dietz

Beverly Newman Dietz, age 77, of Niceville, Florida, passed away on January 30, 2026. She was born on August 27, 1948, to parents Lindbergh and Willian McDaniel.

Family was Beverly's everything. She loved pets, daisies and reading about history. She enjoyed spending time at thrift stores and Goodwill.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Noel(Bill), as well as her beloved Shih Tzu, Bandit.

Beverly is survived by her husband, David; her daughter, Elizabeth Benton (Jeff); her son, William Newman (Nancy); four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her brother, Steve McDaniel (Pat); and her cat, Hey Boo.

A celebration of her life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.

Interment will take place at Hillview Memorial Park, Alexander City, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beverly's memory to the local ASPCA.
