Beverly Ann Hague Druilhet was born on March 3, 1947 in Plainview Texas and went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2024.
Beverly is preceded in death by her father Henry H. Hague, Sr. and her mother Norma Mosley Hague.
She is survived by her husband Wayne Druilhet, her brother Henry H. Hague, Jr, her sons Andrew (Kimberly) Druilhet and Michael (Christian) Druilhet and her grandchildren, Aaron, Kara, Miles and Tilly. Beverly was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister-in-law and friend.
Beverly started work at Amoco and met a lovely lady named Melanie who would eventually become her sister-in-law. Melanie arranged for her brother, Wayne, to meet her work friend, Bev. They decided to go on a date and sparks flew, they both knew they had met the love of their life. Wayne and Bev were married 53 Years.
Beverly was very musical and loved music. She sang with the Sweet Adelines Alamo Metro Chorus and was also president for several years. Guitar was another specialty of hers and she played in the praise band at Universal City United Methodist Church. When she was younger she was an accomplished accordion player, but there wasn't much call for that in her adult years.
Beverly loved to play games of all kinds, and was often seen playing solitaire while drinking her morning coffee. SkipBo was her favorite game and she played with her parents and kids on fishing trips. When visiting with her family she would play Mille Bornes or Pass the Pigs, and you did not want to sit next to her when playing Uno or she would destroy you.
Beverly loved to joke and laugh with others. She had a wonderful laugh and her kids and grandkids would try to tell horrible jokes and puns just to hear it.
Beverly loved animals and had three dogs, Nipper first and later Beau, then Flash. She loved to watch various veterinarian and zoo shows.
Beverly was a woman of faith and deeply loved by all who knew her. She is now home in heaven and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service for Beverly will be held at Universal City United Methodist Church at 2pm, on February 17, 2024 with a reception following. We hope you can join us in celebrating her life.
