Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Anna V. (Donnelly) Holgate, she had been a lifelong resident of Warwick. Mrs. Dugan was an administrative assistant for several doctors before retiring from the office of Dr. Van Haaren. She was a member of the Edgewood Garden Club and the American Federations of Garden Clubs. She was a past member of the Providence Art Club.
She leaves two daughters, Robin D. Millis and her husband, Leon of Charlestown and Wendy P. Theriault and her husband the late Thomas of North Kingstown and her son, Randall E. Dugan and his wife, Kimberly of Warwick; seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Requiem Eucharist in Trinity Episcopal Church, 139 Ocean Avenue, Cranston on Monday, March 2nd at 10 AM. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. For condolences, please visit www.barrettandcotter.com
