Beverly Norma Friedman

Beverly Norma Friedman (nee Wachtel) of Pikesville, MD, passed away on Monday, September 11th, 2023 at the age of 101. She is survived by her loving children, Lee Steven Friedman (Janet Angela Flammang) and Adrienne Friedman (Thomas Jay) Shutt; adored grandchildren, Eric Scott Shutt (Partner Kira Marchenese), Wendy Allison Shutt, Alexander (Morgan) Friedman, and Jacob Friedman; great-grandson, Asher Friedman; and four nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Oliver Friedman; beloved siblings, Perry (Dee) Wachtel and Stanley Wachtel; brother-in-law, Stanley Friedman, M.D. and his wife, Lisbeth Friedman; sister-in-law, Phyllis Friedman Leeds and her husband, Lawrence Leeds, D.D.S; and beloved parents, Leon and Anna Wachtel; and three nieces.
Beverly provided enormous love and support to all of her family, both immediate and extended, as well as to friends, throughout her life, and she was much beloved by them.
Services at Oheb Shalom Memorial Park, 430 Berrymans Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136, on Monday, September 18th, 2023 at 10:30 am. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to The Women's Club of Har Sinai - Oheb Shalom Congregation, 7310 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21208. The family will be in mourning at 314A Crosby Road, Catonsville, MD 21228, Monday following interment until 4 pm and from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. There will be a shiva service Monday evening. The family will be receiving on Tuesday from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The driveway is between the driveways for 316 and 314 with 3 mailboxes at the driveway. The house is not visible from the street. There is limited parking at the house, for those that are able, please park on the street and walk down the driveway.
