Beverly S. Maki

Beverly S. Maki, age 87, of Mentor passed away April 25, 2025, at David Simp-son Hospice House following a brief illness. Born Oct. 26, 1937, in Stambaugh, MI to Eino and Stella (nee: Lahti) Maki, she had been a longtime area resident. She worked for over 43 years for Avery Dennison in the customer/technical ser-vice department and managed their Export Department. She was very active in Suomi Zion Lutheran Church in Fairport Harbor serving as the treasurer and serving on the Church Council. She also served the church in many other ways including Finance & Stewardship Committees and other committees. She is sur-vived by her niece Carol Tomasik of Mentor and Great-Nephew Jasun Withrow of Mentor. She was preceded in death by her parents and many family members. A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairport Harbor on May 20, 2025, at 11am with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Services en-trusted to the Potti & Marc F.
