Ilhem Holbein (nee Eltaief), age 67 of Cleveland, formerly of Mentor, passed away March 12 th, 2026. She was born July 15 th, 1958 in Tunisia to the late Mohamed and Fatma Eltaief.
Ilhem enjoyed live music, the beach, boating, warm weather, the arts and her beloved dog "Cleo". She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Ilhem was the loving mother of Tara Holbein and Derek (Mag) Holbein; cherished grandmother of Chance Pugh, and Alexander Holbein; beloved sister of Faisel (Alessandra) Eltaief, Samir (Sahla) Eltaief, and the late Sihem (Abdennour) Haboubi; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
The Holbein family will receive family and friends from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, April 4 th, 2026 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 4:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
