Beverly Maureen "Bev" Nuzzi

Beverly "Bev" Maureen Nuzzi, 74, of Waldorf, Maryland, formerly of Landover Hills, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.

Born on July 26, 1951, in Carmody Hills, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late George Bell and Allie Muriel Bell. Bev worked in the medical field as a Patient Account Manager for many years. She enjoyed puzzling, reading Chicken Soup for the Soul, church functions, and being the number one fan of her husband Tom's karaoke performances. Bev was a devout woman who knew she was a Southern Baptist nine months before she was born. She was a proud member of Hughesville Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Bev was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Bush, brother Donald Bell, and sister Barbara Sparks.

Bev is survived by her husband of over 56 years, Thomas "Tom" W. Nuzzi; son Tom (Jenna) Nuzzi Jr.; granddaughters Angelina Bush, Isabella Nuzzi, and Olivia Nuzzi; and sister Brenda (Scott) Purdy.

A Celebration of Life for Bev will be held at a later date, to be announced.
