Obituary
Beverly Ann Putz, age 72, of Greenock, died on April 22, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born September 9, 1950, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Sarah (Plopi) Rybarczyk. Beverly graduated from McKeesport High School in 1968. She kept in contact with her high school friends by meeting them monthly for lunch, and they went by the "68 lunch bunch". Beverly worked for U.S. Steel in the accounts payable department, Asko in Homestead, and Steel Center for Career and Technical Education. She was a member of Living Hope Church in Greenock and volunteered for many years at the McKeesport Relay for Life. Her love of garage sales, trips to the casino, and bowling in leagues kept her busy. Beverly had a sweet tooth for chocolate, ice cream, and Welch's grape juice. She is survived by children, Danielle (Brian) Clouse and Michael (Michelle Michalski) Putz; granddaughter, who affectionately called her Grammie, Lilian Clouse. Beverly is also survived by many cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, John W. Rybarczyk. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
