Beverly Rigano passed away peacefully at her home in Redlands, California, on April 9, 2025 – just one day before her 92nd birthday.
Beverly was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on April 10, 1933. Beverly’s life was filled with love, adventure, and deep devotion to her family. She lived in many places throughout her life, including Missouri, Alaska, California and Washington State. A proud graduate of Beaumont High School, she spent most of her years in the Inland Empire. Beverly went on to work as a legal secretary, a career that showcased her sharp mind and attention to detail.
In 1955, while working at the water department in Moses Lake, Washington, Beverly met the love of her life, Paul Rigano. For Paul, it was love at first sight, and Beverly soon fell for his irresistible charm and kind heart. Their love story spanned more than 68 wonderful years, until Paul’s passing in November of 2023.
Beverly embraced life with energy and creativity. She loved golf, bowling, shopping, and travel. Known for her artistic flair, she delighted in decorating for the holidays, crafting memorable Halloween costumes, and baking special birthday cakes for her family. She and Paul explored the country and the world together, from road-tripping in their RV with the Redlands Rovers to discovering Italy with family. The couple were also active members of the Redlands Elks Lodge, where they bowled together and built lasting friendships.
Beverly is survived by her loving son Michael Rigano and daughter-in-law Nicole Rigano, her cherished grandson Alex Rigano, as well as niece Roberta Rigano, nephew William Morris, and niece Karen Alvarez.
A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00am with burial to follow at 1:00pm at Hillside Memorial Park, 1540 Alessandro Road, Redlands, CA.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Purple Pigs at the Redlands Elks Lodge-a cause that was near and dear to Beverly’s heart.
