Beverly (Tina) Siglin, 73, passed away July 16, 2025, from complications related to a recent heart attack. Her final days at Hospice of Central Ohio @ O.S.U. were surrounded by caring and loving family members, along with ICU and Hospice care providers.
Tina, resident of Exeter, was born in Pittston, raised in Edwardsville, and graduated from West Side Vo Tech in 1970 with a certificate in cosmetology. She later married George Siglin in May of 1971. Over the next 54 years of marriage, she would raise a daughter and son who later would provide her with three wonderful grandchildren.
She struggled with health issues most of her life, yet always did her very best to provide love and support to all those she cared for. She also enjoyed playing guitar and playing games, as well as going to Francis Slocum State Park while enjoying lunch from Ranch Wagon with her husband.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, George and Violet Adamitz, and brother, Leonard Adamitz.
Surviving are her husband, George W. Siglin, Exeter; daughter, Kimberly and husband, Michael Swan, Nicholson; son, Kyle and his wife, Amanda Siglin, Athens; and grandchildren, Randall, of Lima Ohio; Chase, of Williamsport; and Eleanor, of Nicholson.
Memorial services will be held Friday at one of her favorite locations in Francis Slocum State Park, pavilion #3 by the lake. Services will commence at 11 a.m.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Lima Memorial Hospital, OSU Richard M Ross Heart Hospital, or the Hospice of Central Ohio @ OSU.
