h Wilson, 80, of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Woodhaven Court.

Beverly was born May 23, 1944 in Spruce Pine, NC, to the late George and Beulah Roach. She was also preceded in death by husband, Gerald Thomas Wilson; sister, Mary Sue Young; brother, Clarence Edward Roach; and brother, Harold Van Roach.

Beverly lived for many years in Salisbury, working as a nurse at Rowan Medical Center for more than 25 years. She also worked at Atrium Health Concord for 10 years. After retiring, she enjoyed working in home care. Beverly was a one time member of Friendship Baptist Church in Salisbury and Tabernacle Baptist Church in China Grove. She enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to bluegrass and gospel music and clogging. Beverly had a large personality and was very outgoing, always one to speak her mind.

Survivors include son, Allen A. Wilson; son, Kevin (Paulette) Wilson; son, Barry (Sarah) Wilson; granddaughter, Tiffaney (John) Reiszel; grandson, Alex Wilson; and three great-granddaughters, Felicity, Elizabeth, and Rebekah Reiszel; niece, Debbie (Keith) Tolley; and nephew, Gary Young.

The memorial service will be on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord, officiated by Rev. Jason Pierce. She will be laid to rest during a private burial at Memorial Park, Salisbury.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Salvation Army; https://give.salvationarmyusa.org/
