Beverly Jean Woods

WOODS, Beverly Jean – of Clio, age 90, died Saturday, March 14, 2026 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 19, 2026 at St. Charles and Helena Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Ken Coughlin officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of mass.

Beverly was born August 7, 1935 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Percy and Virginia (Prue) Pendred. She grew up in Bay City, Michigan and graduated from Handy High School with the class of 1953. On November 20, 1954 she married Lawrence Woods in Bay City, Michigan. Beverly was a member of St Charles and Helena catholic church and the PTA. She enjoyed embroidery, playing cards, and coloring. However, her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are: Husband of 71 years, Lawrence Woods; Children, Corrine (Mike) Wineland, Chaundelle (Tim) Goodhue, Cathy (Tony) Clemons, Larry (Michele) Woods II; Grandchildren, Angie (Shannon) Cameron, Melissa (Dennis) Bristow, Ryan Goodhue, Haley (Josh) Bukoffsky, Kyle (Nicole) Woods, Zach Houser, Trent (Kayla) Woods; 15 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Siblings, Patricia Sylvester, Edward (Mary) Pendred; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter, Cindy Johnson; Granddaughter, Lindsay Ebner; Sister, Corrine McNally.
