The gates of Heaven opened wide and received Biddle F. Williams, Jr. 59 of Oak Hill, WV on August 23, 2023. AKA Little Biddle/ Snookie. Biddle unexpectedly passed away at his home on August 23, 2023.
Biddle was born on October 19, 1963 in Beckley, WV to his loving parents Biddle Williams, Sr. and Martha Williams of (Pax) Long Branch, WV.
Biddle attended Pax Elementary and graduated in 1981 from Mount Hope High School. Biddle attended Glenville State and graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor of fine arts degree.
Biddle later moved to Raleigh, NC where he was a well known painting contractor. Biddle was well known for his drawings and Murals. He took great pride in his painting and everything was done with perfection.
Biddle moved back to WV to be close to his family. Biddle was an avid runner, running in many races and Marathons. Biddle would always do anything to help anyone in need.
He loved to sit on his front porch and listen to 70's and 80's music.
One of Biddle favorite things was his bird feeder in front of his porch window everyday and would feed them and they would come out just for him.
Biddle is survived by his loving parents, Biddle, Sr. and Martha Williams of Long Branch, WV; sisters, Crystal Wriston (Greg) of Long Branch, WV, Julia Work (Donald) of Oak Hill, WV, and Susan Turner of Long Branch, WV. Nephews and nieces, Jason Mullins, Geneva Blake, Justin Williams, Andrew Work, and Joshua Newsom; 4 great nieces; 2 great nephews; also many extended family and friends.
Biddle in preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bob and Violet Williams; maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Geneva Lafferty; and niece Amanda Mullins.
Funeral service will be 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Dwayne Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the Dock Lively Cemetery in Pax, WV.
Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Oak Hill.
