BILL BROADSTOCK Bill Broadstock, 96, of Augusta, KS, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024. Graveside service 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Sunset Lawns Cemetery, El Dorado, KS. Bill was born in El Dorado, KS on February 23, 1928, to the late Amanda (Stonemets) and Bert Broadstock. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Seaman Second Class during WWII. He was a salesman for many years and worked at Augusta Hardware, Larson's Shoes, and Strickler Shoes. He later worked on maintenance for the Augusta Housing Authority. He is survived by: granddaughter, Jessica Wallace and husband Sean; great-grandchildren, Kinley, Paxton, and Jaxson-Riley Bonham; numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Broadstock; wife, Lucy (Rippee) Broadstock; wife, Marjorie Louise (Goff) Broadstock; sisters, Nellie Foreman, Wilda Nelson, Dorothy Gray, Betty Patterson; brother, Bob Broadstock.
