Bill Westmoland

Bill Westmoland, age 90, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023, at his home in Olney. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.
Bill was born December 21, 1932, in Marston, Missouri to the late Delmer Curtis Westmoland and Julia Lillian (Pikey) Westmoland. He graduated from Marston High School. He married Joyce Ann Poore on November 28, 1955 in Elyria, Ohio. Bill worked for Ridged Tools in Elyria, Ohio for 28 years and was a painter for In House Painting for 10 years in Texas. He loved to watch stock car racing and go to races with his family. Bill was a quiet and humble man and will be missed by all who knew him.
Bill is survived by his wife, Joyce Westmoland of Olney, Texas; two daughters: Rebecca Chappell of Wellington, Ohio and Arlena Worthey of Olney, Texas; one son, Gerald Allen Westmoland of Bowie, Texas; six grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
