Mrs. Bettis was born November 04, 1952, to William Tuttle and Wanda Lasater in Snyder, Texas.
Visitation for Billie will be Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Calvary Funeral Home in Eunice, New Mexico.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 28, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Eunice, New Mexico with Pastor Dennis Teeter officiating. Committal burial will follow at the Eunice Cemetery.
Billie is survived by her husband of 55 years: Terry Bettis of Eunice. Three daughters: Marla Joyner of Aledo, Texas. Micah Bettis and Erin Bettis of Eunice. Sister: Linda Montoya of Bloomfield, New Mexico and eight grandchildren.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents: William and Wanda Tuttle. Son: Terry Don Bettis.
Billie was the owner of B's Coffee Shop in Eunice, New Mexico and she loved her customers and community, but most of all she loved her family. Billie was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and she will be forever loved and always missed by those who knew her.
Services are the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
