Billie B. Bilko

Billie B. Bilko, age 63, of Washington passed away on July 1, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Born on October 15th, 1961 in Rahway, NJ, Billie was the beloved daughter of the late Beatrice I. (Willis) Cook and William B. Stites. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Stephen D. Bilko, with whom she shared many cherished years beyond those they were married. Billie was the proud and devoted mother of two beautiful children Erik (Lisa) Bilko and Megan (Jacob) Hoyson. She was a dedicated hockey and swim mom, found at ice rinks and swimming pools as her children grew up. Billie is remembered for her love of scrapbooking and many years volunteering for all things crafting at her children's elementary school in Hilliard, OH. She leaves behind her two beloved dogs, Louie and Maggie, who were her world and comfort.

Billie was an active member of the community through her work and duties as manager of Canonsburg Borough, having worked hard and selflessly to make her community a better place for all.

Billie is preceded in death by her siblings William (Linda) Stites and Mary Ann Stites. She is survived by her sister Cheryl (Albert) Schumacher, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.

She will be deeply and forever missed by her family and friends. At Billie's request there will no immediate services.
